Isabelle Kocher de Leyritz graduated from the École normale supérieure (Ulm), holds the agrégation in Physics and is a member of the Corps des Mines. She began her career in industry and public administration before joining the Suez Group in 2002.
Within the Suez and ENGIE Groups, she held leading operational and executive positions for nearly twenty years, notably as Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In 2016, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE. During her tenure until 2020, she led a major transformation of the Group focused on decarbonisation, the development of renewable energy, energy infrastructure and customer solutions.
Committed for many years to energy transition and environmental issues, she co-founded Blunomy in 2022, a consultancy dedicated to accelerating the transition towards decarbonised, circular and inclusive business models, which she currently chairs.
Drawing on recognised experience in the energy, infrastructure and corporate transformation sectors, she brings to the Board particular expertise in strategy, energy transition, governance, finance and change management.
A member of the Board of Directors of Egis since 2022, she has served as Chair since 2026.
Following the General Meeting of 9 October 2026, the appointment of Isabelle Kocher as Director was ratified.
