How to hold Voltalia shares

To become a Voltalia shareholder, you have two options:

1. Buy Voltalia shares from BNP Paribas Securities Services which manages Voltalia’s shareholding services (it is possible to hold shares in fully registered form). To contact BNP Paribas Securities Services:

   - Connect to Planetshares (planetshares.bnpparibas.com) and fill out the contact the contact form or chat with NOA, a virtual assistant.

   - Contact the dedicated call centre, open from Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 18:00 (Paris time) by dialling: 01 57 43 02 30 from France or +33 (0) 1 57 43 02 30 from abroad.

2. Buy Voltalia shares from a bank or from the depositary financial intermediary of your securities account or equity savings plan (plan d’épargne en actions or PEA). It is possible to hold shares as bearer shares or to keep them in a managed registered account.

Register your Voltalia shares

If you own Voltalia shares in bearer form and wish to convert them to the registered form, you must contact your depositary financial intermediary of your securities account. The latter will transfer the shares to BNP Paribas Securities Services which is in charge of managing Voltalia fully registered shares.
